SCHEDULING

All booking is done online and a valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.


CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

A 24 hour notice is required prior to cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Any changes to your appointment within 24 hours will result in being charged 50% of the service via the credit card on file.

Not showing up to your appointment without notifying us (No Call No Show) will result in being charged 100% of the service price.

Last Minute Cancellations/ reschedules will be charged 100% of the service. (Changes made within 60 minutes of your appointment.)


LATE ARRIVAL

Please arrive to your appointment on time. We understand life happens so if you are a running a few minutes behind please notify us. If you are more than 15 minutes late and it prevents the full treatment from being performed, your appointment may then be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the service price. This is treated as a Last Minute Cancellation.


PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc. and cash.


REFUND POLICY

All sales on products and services are final.
